At ActiveVybe, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@activevybe.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. Please return your item and place a new order for the correct size or style.

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items, gift cards, and items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned or refunded.
